This subject is very “On-Trend” at the moment with all the controversy about climate change. So here at Brown Sugar, we have launched a range of homemade plant based meals. All of our dishes are dedicated to a dear “foody” friend who is no longer with us and inspired by the late Gary Rhodes. We are also trying to do our bit to save the planet. This tasty new selection of dishes use whole fresh ingredients and are eaten by all our staff each week, as part of our move to a more sustainable and healthy lifestyle.
