We’re probably breaking all the rules of a successful commercial kitchen. We decided from the outset to be different, we want to make and create what we feel passionate about. We source fresh raw ingredients with a heavy bias towards organic produce. From ‘Source to Serve’ everything stage is personally crafted by our Chef.
Needless to say, our kitchen is 100% free of processed food and virtually free of produce which has come in to contact with chemicals and pesticides.
Our à la Carte Menu leans towards English Gastro style comfort food we have also developed a plant-based food offer for those who are looking to cut down on red meat intake and conscious of the environmental benefit of plant-based food.
Our bar food small plate menu includes our legendary Runny Scotch eggs & Yorkshire pudding with roast beef bite. Our meat and cheese platters take advantage of our geographical location to source the world’s finest artisanal meats and cheeses from France, Italy & Spain.
We work on the ‘less is more’ principle. To eat from the à la Carte Menu you must book a table at least 24 hours in advance we rarely accept
